Policies:
Your first month's payment is charged to your account at registration. After your first payment, funds are charged on the 20th of every month.
If you need to withdraw from swimming lessons at any point after your first class, you must notify us 30 days in advance.
We do not offer refunds, credits or makeup classes for absences, but don't worry! Missing a class every once in a while will not effect your child's progress.
We do not give out credits unless Shining Stars Swim School cancels a class.

If you live in one of the areas above and have a backyard pool, you can register your little one for our Backyard Lesson Program!
Registration:
Registration:
- We are not in every area every day! When you enroll please only register for a class in your area!
**If you register for a day that is not in your city, we will have to take you out of that class and you will lose your spot!** - When you register, you are committing to July & August! We cannot take monthly enrollments.
- At registration you will sign up for a time-slot that works best for you: 9am-1pm / 1pm-4:30pm / 4:30pm-7pm
- After we have all the time-slots filled, we calculate the distance and most efficient route for our instructors.
We will then send you your lesson time for the summer - there is minimal wiggle room! - Only Register 1 Student during enrollment and we will get in contact with you to complete your registration!
Lessons Are:
- 30 - 45 Minutes long
- Once/Week
- Start the week of July 2nd
- End the week of August 24th

We require a $100 non - refundable deposit off of your summer tuition fee at registration.
The remaining tuition due will be charged on May 20th for the June Program & June 20th for the July-August Program.
We give you the complete scheduled class time 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the program's start date.
You may receive a 50% refund of your tuition payment up to 14 days before the student start date, or before the schedule is sent out. Once the official schedule has been sent out, a refund will not be given.
